No, it was today, not yesterday that we saw the zero in front of the decimal point
But it might differ from exchange to exchange and depending on bid-ask spread....

Right, ... yesterday it almost kissed parity.
Today it reached parity. May differ based on your broker price feed. Described here:

seeing it on some price feeds but not on others, #FX is decentralized so broker pricing can differ
this would be first time $EURUSD has traded below 1.0000 since Dec. 6, 2002
now a bounce coming in after the parity test
