Kind of like ColdCard, it should look like a cheap calculator, but with no branding and it should actually work as a calculator when the keys are pressed, it should have a small solar cell-like calculator. And it must be made in 200 different designs, it is easy to do with 3D printing.
If a customs agent or airport immigration security stops and checks it should look like a calculator. The reason why it needs to have numerous variations is that otherwise, the agents will catch up to the look of how a hardware wallet disguised as a calculator looks. And more so, actual calculators with those 200 designs must be sold at a subsidy everywhere in the world, so that customs agents find it even harder.
Imagine, if someone finds a block, and wants to leave his/her country and immigrate to El Salvador with the 3 BTC passport, but if the Govt. knows that they got a block and are going, they will want hefty taxes right?
To activate the real feature of the hardware wallet when in privacy, there will need to be some kinda special key press pattern set, which can also be different for each user.
Like this existing wallet which looks like a phone, surely no one will double-check it, this looks like a premium smartphone.
