Glad to see miners fighting this attack using the courts. These public miners really have two options. Stay and fight using the system or flee to a more welcoming nation state.

It's interesting to see this quick reversal. If I was a conspiracy theorist I would probably say that Larry Fink made a few phone calls, but I'm not. Regardless, I still think miner geographic decentralization is really important.

I was not expecting this.
I have no doubt we will see geographic decentralization grow in the next few years. NGU alone will lead to this but also if states start cracking down miners will move.

I actually think that's what it is about. You can't say do whatever you want to one type of datacentre but tell the other type we need to sequence the DNA of your entire operation.
