Because on that image I can see a few "tech" companies, just focused on different kinds of technology:
- ASML
- SAP
- Siemens
- ARM
- Airbus

Ahh didn't recognize ASML or see ARM. but yes, still seems to be a scarcity of internet tech companies. Seems like they completely missed the bus in this high margin industry...
