For the whole of Europe, there are only “missed opportunities”.
USA can only survive if Europe fails miserably; and they want it fast.
Germany and France are in big trouble and with them Europe as a whole.
Opportunities knocked, but apparently, Germany was too busy sanctioning the Russians!
