Sounds like very reasonable changes.

The numbers seem to indicate that including plant-based products is a smart choice from a health-perspective.

It'll be interesting though to see how these numbers get confirmed or evolve when sufficient data becomes available from people switching to all-meat diets. For now, their health claims seem to be mostly anecdotal, but I'm open to revisiting my view on this fringe group based on new data if it becomes available.

Yeah plant and animal based foods would make more sense and not food MADE in a plant. Processed food is garbage
