This PR should help. It enabled the "new" blocks checkout flow in Zaprite. The backend should not need to be changed much.

Latest Woocommerce update has been a bit of a pain and LNbits plugin need to (probably) be rewritten to be compatible with the latest WooCommerce checkout "experience"
