Dave Chappelle for me.
When I was a kid, my brother borrowed a season or two of Chappelle's Show from his friend, Clayton Bigsby, Black Bush, Tyron Biggums were hilarious and I'd memorize all the lines.
One night I was up late and I caught his Killin' Them Softly special playing, I don't think I'd ever laughed that hard before, was probably 11 or 12 at the time. Man is a legend

For me it would be Robin Williams. His comedy and the way he protrayed it was just out of this world.

I'm something of a connoisseur, and grew up liking Carlin, Hicks, Chappelle, and later Louis CK and Ricky Gervais - no boundaries comedy
That said, Drybar comedy has become one of the most popular standup channels on Youtube and it's all family friendly (PG13 maybe). Lots of legit comics:
