Yes it is.

You need to know:

  • Script Type (e.g. p2wsh)
  • Derivation Path
  • Public Keys (xpub) of ALL the 3 keys

That is correct. If you happen to have all three seed phrases you don’t need to know the xpub, it is contained within.
