I chose bitbox for the small form factor with good build quality/buttons. I'm quite pleased. Though, I'm skeptical now if it was worth the cost compared to the jade or seedsigner when I consider how infrequently I access cold storage.

I like Trezor One with passphrase. Simple & solid. Other options are also decent (except for Ledger, ledger sucks).
