Tokyo is a model city. Zero crime, zero homeless, clean and affordable housing. How did Tokyo solve the affordable housing question? They encouraged developers to build more housing units. Supply and demand curves still work
Notice the high crime rates in countries outside of Europe and USA. Maybe we should restrict immigration from those areas to increase livability in USA and Europe
