Software maker Adobe on Tuesday released patches for at least 30 documented security flaws in multiple products, warning that users are exposed to code execution, security feature bypass and application denial-of-service attacks.
As part of its scheduled Patch Tuesday releases, Adobe called urgent attention to critical flaws in the Adobe Acrobat and Reader, Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source, Substance 3D Painter, and FrameMaker.
This almost made me forget what year it was. I haven't seen anything like this since probably '05.

What do you mean?
reply
Adobe and flash and its like were constantly being patched back in the day.
reply
Yeah, those are so archaic and dead technologies which weren't working well even when they were introduced back then
reply
Flash worked reasonably well. It just wasn't secure. For a long time, nobody really knew that, then it seemed to explode.
reply
Lol, security was only one side of the coin - it was so hard and hostile to use lacking both good documentation and standardization compared to its main competitors like MS Silver light for example.
reply
Silver light was on down the road a bit in 05.
