About a month ago we launched an experiment using nostr note DLCs as a way to duel one another without dealing with on chain fees. This solely uses similar cryptography for signing notes that require an oracle to finish the rest of the signature to be a valid signed nostr note.
We have a SuperBowl oracle on there now if anyone wants to play around with the concept.
Because of the advanced signatures that take place, no nostr extension works with it right now so I would suggest two individuals generate new nostr keys for this as an experiment, since it does require pasting an nsec (client side) into the browser for now.
Here's the duel me and @benthecarman did earlier today. The cool thing is anyone else using the same superbowl oracle will also have their notes confirmed as well with just the oracle result.
I know it's probably late in the process and discovery/order book is still something to solve, so I would encourage anyone here to post their npub and the team you expect to win and see if someone else takes you up on the bid. I am going for the 49ers so I'll try to take anyone's other side of the bet if they would like to post the npub they used for note duel. If you would like to initiate a note-duel with me where you pick the chiefs, I'll try watching for them. Here is my npub: npub1t0nyg64g5vwprva52wlcmt7fkdr07v5dr7s35raq9g0xgc0k4xcsedjgqv
