I am not the author of this article, however, I can confirm that all of the information is true. I am a VBit Mining / Advanced Mining customer. I have been for about a year now. They have not let me make a withdrawal of my bitcoin since June 1st. It took us weeks to get a response. I am hoping that I get a refund on my purchased equipment and hosting as they mention, however I am not very hopeful. Not your miner, not your hashrate. Not your keys, not your coins.

This is such BS. For me it's one of two things: either mine yourself, or invest in public mining companies. What's absolutely baffling is how a hosted mining company halts withdrawals. Purge this goddamn environment clean goddammit.

I started mining for myself about 7-8 months ago. I was mining with a hosting company and mining at home. I wanted to get into mining when priced dropped last spring/summer and wasn't sure if I was able to do it at home. I didn't want to miss the opportunity and wait while I figured things out.

These assholes are going to need to get bonded and let the insurance companies rake them over the coals and make sure there solvent before they offer any services.
