Almost done - new trust algo and more tangible content rewards is done - just have to get the query right to reward the best upvoters.
We'll reward upvotes base on:
  1. how good the content upvoted was
  2. how early the upvote was
  3. how trusted the user is
  4. how generous they were with sats
