This would be awesome and property tax is unpopular

Opponents would say public schools will lose funding

Really, it would just re-word the statutes to make it more obvious that property taxes do not apply to regular men/women - only commercial entities. Most have been deceived by their "terms of art" for decades.

But this would obviously apply high pressure for other states to follow suit.
