There's not much appetite for that, unfortunately. People are starting to reject a lot of the dumbest leftist nonsense, but that's not the same as appreciating the importance of free markets.
But Florida and Texas sending signs of hope these days...

When I talk to Americans and when I take a closer look at the demographic, economic and sociographic developments, from the great European distance it always seems as if healthy communities are forming and old American values of freedom and individual sovereignty are being upheld and then spreading to other regions

I have that sense too, actually. It's nice to have some outside confirmation of what I'm seeing.
