Every website and server is constantly hoovering up device info, IP, operating system, cross system tracking cookies, etc. Realistically you will probably never be a big enough target for this to be an issue. But realize if you have a big enough stack and avoid enough taxes, or especially in a highly adversarial environment where the government 6102's everything, you can be found out.

I think the money laundering angle is what they will use to shutdown sites like this.
