I've been having a good time with the #100aDayTill100k so I thought I'd share what I did this morning.
I did all of this in less than 45 minutes and I feel great!
100 squats
100 pushups
100 situps
I gradually started at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
They added up to 100!
