I can answer this, because time is limited, I don't want to and can't pay attention to so many things, so I dedicate my time to read a tiny set of people individually - less is more.

let's say if I want to learn about Bitcoin, then I'd get my info from the top, e.g. the builders or old Bitcoiners, instead of those influencers.

or let's say I want to get good information about Turkey, then I'd get my info from locals or people who know what's going on in the ground instead of those flirting around travelers.
I guess it's about a. identifying what info you want to get b. finding the best source you can possibly find c. less is more - this applies to learning ANYTHING.
might be a bit off-topic, but most people think the more they follow they more the will learn is just often not this case.
