CSW submitted this photo as part of his latest round of reliance documents. It purportedly shows an "invoice" for one of his Seychelles companies.
The photo is supposedly From a lawyer for the Seychelles registrar To CSW. He was using this photo as a way say "See the lawyer in Seychelles knows I registered this company in 2009 and he showed me the invoice he had saved"
However, Creg (being a dimwit) accidentally exposed his entire taskbar in the photo which shows (among other things) a picture of his own face avatar being logged into Chrome.
If this was a movie, people who decry the terrible and unrealistic plot as being "too outlandish to be believed".

I know nothing about this, but it does not even make sense - why would a lawyer send you a picture of a document on a computer ?

In fact if you want to go crazy. In real life, the lawyers name is Denis Mayaka, but the email address of the person CSW is claiming sent it is papa.neema@gmail.com
As I said, if this were a movie people would reject it for being too ridiculous.
