  1. Model the behaviour you want your kids to adopt (very often easier said than done), read.
  2. read to them,
  3. Let them choose what they'd like to read
  4. Comics are usually a good intro into reading
  5. Very, very limited screen time (tv or phone)
  6. Encourage boredom.
  7. Going to bookstores is a fun activity.
