Yesterday was 25+25+25+20.....+5 from the heart. Muscle failure is good.
Yes, I'm stepping my sets. Once I've done 25 then I know I can do 25 more. Once I'm at 50 I'm half way there. 2 more 25s and I've achieved my goal. Plus my pecs bulge and my wife likes that.
