If I am not mistaken, they are not direct hard forks, that is, they are already hard forks of Bitcoin hard forks.

Nah, pretty sure they were all prior to Bitcoin ABC/Bitcoin Cash (they were earlier failed/bad attempts at increasing blocksize/scalability)
