PRAYER OF THE DAY - 1 Peter 4:17

Oh God, sovereign and just, we turn to You in this new day recognizing the sanctity of Your judgment. We know that the time of judgment begins at Your house. Lord, examine our hearts, reveal what needs to be purified and guide us on the path of righteousness.

Grant us insight to understand the areas in our lives that need transformation. Enable us to live in a way that is worthy of Your calling, in holiness and love. May every thought, word and action reflect Your truth and grace.

Help us to be diligent in seeking Your will, knowing that our responsibility as Your children is to live according to Your principles. May we be instruments of righteousness and justice, positively influencing the world around us.

Lord, may Your mercy prevail over judgment, and may we find refuge in You. Grant us the humility to recognize our failures and the courage to turn to You in repentance.

In the name of Jesus, our Savior, we pray for Your guidance and grace this day.
