- Magnesium for nervous system
- Vitamin D3 for immunity
- Fish oil for heart
- Berberine for cholesterol & GI
- Creatine for the guns and possibly the brain
Trying to eat more yogurt/probiotics & fiber to be more regular, but the berberine seems to be helping there.
Berberine is also supposed to be amazing for Insulin-Resistance and Diabetes.
D3 is KEY in supplementation, for many reasons even beyond "immunity".
