Nah. Instead we need to fix both the internet as well as user habits. Make privacy a default and make people care about privacy.

Thats the whole point of paying. If a company is selling is most probably because you checked the boxes and grant permission. so, no warrants needed. Isn’t this the whole purpose behind the CIA investment on fuckbook

Right. They don't need warrants any more than any other business who buys data from credit agencies and ad tech firms.
I've been reading the excellent Genesis Book recently, charting lots of the cypherpunk history and ideas.
They all saw this coming 30+ years ago.
