@elvismercury shared a video about Homework for Life, a method that recommends that we write down a story based on something that happens to us that day - as a way to remember the years by.
But what if the main thing that happens today is something bad?
Today I had my target setting with my Reporting Officer. She relayed feedback given to her by my Year Head. The Year Head had seen me sitting down on a chair while addressing my students; she felt that I should stand up to talk to them.
Why didn’t my Year Head give me feedback directly? Why did she immediately assume that I had a lapse of professionalism? Grrrrrrr
