The "seed oils" corn and sunflower produced much higher levels of toxic aldehydes than butter or coconut oil. Coconut oil fared the best due to it being almost entirely saturated fat.

This is also another strike against the resoundingly debunked idea that saturated fats are categorically unhealthy.

Yeah, i'm gonna keep using my olive oil.
