Yeah if you use sparrow wallet you just have to coordinate through instant messenger or email or what have you.
Tell the other signers the script type, derivation path, and xpub that you're using, and they should send you their xpubs. You never communicate private keys to each other. Then, you can ask each signer to put an address that shows up in their address list in the chat. If you have all addresses that they post, you're all using the same wallet. If someone posts an address that isn't there, they configured their wallet incorrectly (maybe the derivation path for your xpub is wrong)
To sign, export the PSBT file to an airgapped signing device (prebuild or DIY) and email the partially signed bitcoin transaction (PSBT) file to the next signer. When at least 2 people have signed, broadcast to the whole world to be included in a block by importing the file back into sparrow.
