Have a look at the FAQS but essentially;

To start earning sats, you can share interesting links, discussion prompts, or comments with the community.’

1) Create valuable or valued content.
2) Get sats. 
3 Zap your sats to people who you get value from.
4) That’s it. 

If you have an outside interest or passion (ie dev, sports, books, music, memes, food, photography, pets, art etc) have a look around and see if you can create value in that field on here.
