What was your favorite Austrian economics work and why? Open to hear anyone’s thoughts about anything from the Austrian school, but I’m particularly looking for answers outside the normal books—maybe some more modern stuff.
A fantastic modern overview of Austrian economics that got me interested in the school is Austrian Economics: An Introduction by Steven Horwitz. It covers the history, theory, and implications of Austrian economics and all of its relevant features. There are digital copies of it freely available if you would like to give it a quick read.
