If your home is wired with Ethernet, you’d just make sure all the routers are plugged in via Ethernet I believe.
If your home isn’t wired with Ethernet throughout, hiring someone to do that, at least in your future server room, is a good move.

One thing I forgot to mention. We live in a rural place where there is no cell coverage, so even phone calls must be over wifi.
