Right now is a good time to get any bitcoin you have in Kraken (or other exchanges) and move it to your own wallet.

Not saying there is anything specific to be nervous about this outage, but this is an example of _"not your keys 🔑, not your cheese 🧀"_  - If you custody your bitcoin, you can move it any time you want. If a 3rd party has your bitcoin, you can only move it when they say that it is ok to move it.
