What interchange fees? Can you elaborate on what you mean? I see no fees anywhere. The BTC/USD conversion rate is the same as the spot price on exchanges.

Wouldn't that fee go to the VISA network, not Moon? Or does a small percentage go to Moon and the rest to VISA?

Visa will share in the interchange fee to encourage you to sell their credit/debit cards (their competitors will do the same)
