Online tipping is the phrase I use the most, but I've encountered a lot of people who think this means something like tipping waiters (in the US sense).

And online tipping like we do at SN is actually pretty rare. I think that's the trouble. Other than with video platforms like tiktok, twitch, only fans, there pretty much isn't any viable way to tip online. Also, the size of zaps is awesome. You just can't tip someone half a cent online.
