The ongoing crash on the Chinese stock market shows how important it is to contrast free and open capital markets with a system based on coercion, repression and state control. The Chinese Commie Party will have to move to stop the steady bleeding. And it looks like things are starting to move.

Not sure which of EU, US or China you are describing...coercion, repression and state control seem to apply to all of them. The stock market crashes because they let it crash, it would do the same elsewhere without endless fiscal/monetary support, manipulation and government spending which help hiding broken economies
