It should update every 30 seconds but I also noticed how it stays the same for longer periods of time. Not sure if a bug or simply our node not being very accurate.

Current difference between mempool.space and what we show:

mempool.space is probably running a node with a way bigger mempool limit than the bitcoin node that is behind our lightning node. Mempools are unique per node.
