That's a really good idea, but I think the prank callers would happily pay the sats to spam support. They are having too much fun 

Sorry to hear about this. Maybe some sats or an active account could be required to obtain access to human support. Otherwise I'm sure these scallywags will get tired.

Sunday: Voltage support is reportedly overwhelmed with prank calls asking if customer nodes are still running. Callers are asking support staff if their node is still running and when support answers yes, callers then ask the support staff to go catch it. It's really not funny guys. Please stop doing this.
