We're collating as many real world (and theoretical) examples of how regular everyday people have lost their corn in the past into a dedicated page for all readers.

The goal of this list is to show with examples the many ways people have lost funds in the past in order to help people in the present learn from their mistakes. Obviously many cases will overlap with the same underlying mistake (eg. keeping 25 BTC in a hot wallet), but we think it could be a valuable resource for both new and advanced Bitcoiners around the world.

Perhaps there's already a list like this (quite likely) that we can expand on. Maybe you've got a personal story you'd like to share. Maybe you've got a Twitter thread from someone who lost their funds. Or maybe you just can think of a number of ways and list them off for us.

We obviously have a lot of examples already, but having as much input as possible for the community will help expand the list to as many ways as possible making it much more useful.
