The AMA from yesterday has 65 comments and 42k upvotes and the algorithm sorts it to 12th place. I feel like the algo punishes age (only 1 day) too much and doesn't value interactions (65 comments!!) enough.
The germans shut off multiple nuclear reactors over the last couple of years and now they have to power up coal powered plants to meet the demand 🤡 I hope we see a huge push for nuclear energy all over Europe over the next 5-10 years
Can we talk about renewables? Because technically oil and gas is renewable is just takes a few hundred years to form :) But gas and oil are quite natural substances and 90%+ of oil spills are broken down by bacteria and quite fast too
I cant help but think that people in power like to do whats wrong because in their mind there is no point in having power over others just to do whats right. So not expecting a push for nuclear energy any time soon unless a significant adversary presents itself that threatens the power of EU. And then it might be too late, but lets see.
