No. It has been put on hold for an indefinite amount of time since deploying personalized, algorithmic feeds similar to SN which include (but are not limited to) trust scores between users on nostr was too complicated (or too early) and there didn't seem to be much interest from the nostr community in speccing out how we could build SN on nostr iirc.

Doing what SN does under the hood is a lot easier in a centralized SQL database. And implementing our vision of SN using a centralized version is already hard enough.

So the current plan is to integrate nostr into SN (where it makes sense) and not rebuild SN on nostr.
