Blink requires a phone number for account creation. Backup is only possible with a registration. Is there a way to transfer my Blink account to another device without a cell phone number?

you can't, but why not just send all the sats from Blink in the old phone to the Blink in new phone instead of restoring? the only things really matter is the sats right?

then maybe you keep little sats there, losing it won't worry too much 👀
Because there are many better and more advanced LN wallets that won't ask for your phone number to restore, many options to explore:)
