I am definitely losing money on it right now, based on the current fiat value of sats compared to my initial investment + operating costs (electricity).
I haven't done the math, but there's a certain fiat value where this will be a profitable operation.
The other perspective is that I am paying a premium for KYC-free sats. So it just depends on how you look at things.
