Horse Stance: 2 minutes x 3 sets
(~20 minutes breaks in between. Trying this for a week or so and make an attempt to 4 minutes soon. Doing this to correct my form towards the end.)

3rd set was pure pain from the start. Sweating like a pig, hands were trembling all long. breathing was off too. Needs more work.
And you still hold it for 2 minutes? You're wild.
