well this was enlightening. i hadn't even really thought it all the way through but damn that sounds like a pain in the ass. i think a big part of it is people don't understand the "settlement" portion. i pay someone with a visa card but it's not actually "settled" for a few days.

I have the same experience with revolut. They blocked account 3 times, now is ok but i feel that money in account is not yours... thx
