What do you need the hardware for? Are you going to use it to make many transactions? Or just to hold for years? If so, you don't need a hardware wallet.
I would recommend Trezor one, the first, original Trezor hardware wallet. It’s rather cheap, about 60 bucks, and has proven to be very reliable (on the other, I haven’t tried any other wallets).
