Todd Rundgren is a U.S. singer and musician who played in the bands The Nazz and Utopia. He gained fame, however, as a solo artist. This is probably his biggest hit, and one of my favorites:

first heard this track from an episode of "that 70s show" i don't remember which one, but i didn't realise it was this until right now. enjoyed that a lot.
