I zapped this one because I think the title of that article is bullshit and misleading. The farmers aren't protesting WEF taking over their farms, they're protesting the repeal of subsidies on diesel and tax write offs for farm vehicles. Yes, the WEF are complete assholes; but, in this case, not really the cause of these demonstrations.

that's what I came to say. To frame it like that is something I'd expect from corporate media, using the well known strategy of making unwelcome protests look like crazy radicals - like they did with the truckers, and the NL farmers' protests, and the Capitol demonstrators. Reality is, as it usually is, a lot more pedestrian and especially a lot less ideological.
... though of course I wouldn't take Reuters as an authoritative source
