The etf approval is priced it. I don't think the effect of the capital inflow from the etf is priced in. Let alone the halving or fed pivot.

Not long. Once it is approved it is approved. I would imagine within a few business days. A week or two max.

I imagine they are intensively preparing for launches, indeed; but still I thought it will take them weeks or even months to onboard first “investors”.
